Some Laws .... First Steps against Anxiety

I need to be motivated I need to follow some rules or I will follow down and continue ......
So:
  1. No Smoking
  2. No Alcohol
  3. No Drugs
  4. No Trash Food
  5. No Cola's
  6. No Coffee or any kind of Caffeine
  7. No Energy drink
